Geena Davis

Geena Davis is an internationally renowned American actor, producer writer and activist for women's rights. Alongside her many roles on screen in Hollywood she also earned high praise in all kinds of television shows. Prior to her career in films, she worked as a designer for fashion and was a part of the semi-finalist Team of Women's Archery at Olympics. She has been learning music on the flute and piano since her childhood due to her love for music. She also played the organ at Wareham Church. Following her graduation in Drama at Boston University, she went to New York City to start her acting career. She had to work hard and did odd jobs for a while before she got a chance in acting. Before she made her debut as an actor in the film Tootsie, she was a popular model. Her appearances in television serials, and had an immensely successful career as an actor. In reality she received an Oscar Award with her film 'The Accidental Tourist. In addition, she won the Golden Globe Award for her performance in a TV drama series.
