Srushti started to get ready for her UPSC examination during her 3rd year as a student in engineering. After graduation, she was unsure whether or not she'd find satisfaction in a engineer position. Then, she realized that her passion was in civil service and began to concentrate on the field. Parents insisted that she study for civil services and pursue it a profession serving the public. She is convinced that focus is essential to crack the exam of government and becoming a civil servant. She wanted to pass through the test in one go, and she was able to put in a lot of hours. Everyday, she read the newspaper to keep on top of the latest news. On the internet, she gathered a variety of study material as well as watched Rajya Sabha TV.
